Easter at Smíchovský Pavilion

Easter has been traditionally celebrated at Smíchovský Pavilion in Karlovy Vary since its foundation. For this year, we took the liberty to prepare for you an Easter menu from 1961. The entire film crew from Barrandov, including lead actors Karel Höger and Oldřich Nový or Josef Bek, had nothing but praise for this menu during the shooting of the film “When an Alibi Is Not Enough” (“Kde alibi nestačí”). Although we are expecting a bit less popular visitors this year, our staff will treat them with the same attention and care as though they were stars of the silver screen.

A traditional British Easter dessert. We inspired ourselves by our alliance with Great Britain during the interwar years, because not everybody is able to eat the whole Easter lamb cake all by themselves.

In case you order the whole menu with the main dish of your own choice, the dessert will be free of charge!
