About the Moser Residence

The Moser Residence is located by the Ohře River in a more tranquil part of Karlovy Vary.

The residence offers 109 apartments with different layouts ranging from one to two bedroom apartments with a kitchenette and floor space from 44 to 120 square metres.

The 6 storey residential complex will include a private swimming pool, a wellness centre, a relaxation area, and various kinds of saunas. A sufficient number of indoor and outdoor parking spaces will be available.  The basic furnishings of some of the apartments will include a balcony or a loggia. The self-contained residential complex will be served by a 24/7 reception. The entire complex will be monitored by CCTV to ensure maximum safety of the residents. A lift will take the residents comfortably from the underground garages to their apartments on the upper floors.
