The jubilee 20th year of the Spring Porcelain Festival is being prepared by the Thun 1794 a.s. china factory for the first weekend of May.

You will be able to purchase china as well as glass for extremely discounted prices in 23 stalls on the plaza in front of Grandhotel Pupp on 1 – 3 May. An additional programme full of live music and rich refreshments, as well as a “Porcelain Kindergarten” for children (where children can make their own china cup, have it fired on the spot, and take it home with them) is prepared for the whole weekend.

The exhibition of “Set Tables” by the Thun 1794 a.s. company presenting its current products, including the new items for this year – will be presented in the festival hall of Grandhotel Pupp. The final touch to the china on the tables is provided by the glass items made by the Moser Company and decorations by the Dahlia Company of Karlovy Vary. The event is supported by the Region of Karlovy Vary as part of the “Living Region” project, as well as by the Jungheinrich and Europe Easy Energy companies, and it takes place under the auspices of the CzechTourism state agency.
