We invite all gourmets on Thursday, January 24th, 2013 from 8.00 p.m. to the Club Imperial in Karlovy Vary for a special culinary event „Oysters and st. Jacob`s scallops“.

Specialities that you would like to try and taste, you can choose from the special menu that will be compiled and prepared by our cooking masters.

 

Menu

Fresh oyster CZK 110,-

Slice of smoked and marinated st. Jacob`s  scallops, marinated vegetables and trufle vinaigrette CZK 250,-

Vegetable velouté with st. Jacob`s scallop, chorizo and croutons CZK 150,-

Three oysters with pastison butter au gratin, herb baguette CZK 350,-

Roasted st. Jacob`s scallops  in ham serrano,  cauliflower purée and foam of beans tonka CZK 400,-

Fried oysters in tempura, spicy ananas vinaigrette and creme fraiche with vodka CZK 550,-

St.Jacobs  scallops with shi take  and foie gras in mangold, risotto with chicory CZK 400,-

Variation of citrus CZK 110,-
