Preferred Hotels & Resorts has appreciated the quality of services as well as attitude to guests

Authentic, intelligent and affordable – this is one of the main characteristics of hotel services by the prestigious Preferred Hotels & Resorts global association in the Lifestyle category. The five-star Hotel Imperial Karlovy Vary became a new member in spring 2018. The hotel has fully met the demanding requirements for friendly guest attitude, unique style of dining and top quality of services, including the atmosphere of local tradition.

The ceremonial christening and plaque placement in the Hotel Imperial lounge was carried out by Ing. Petr Milský, the Sales and Marketing Director of Imperial Karlovy Vary, and Ing. Jiří Švaříček, the Director of Imperial Karlovy Vary.
