Smetana Park

The Smetana Park has been named after the famous Czech composer Bedřich Smetana. The park is characteristic by the flowerbed, which has the current date placed in the centre. This popular park can be found in the heart of Karlovy Vary between the Elizabeth Spa (Spa V) and the Main Post Office.

The Smetana Park is used both for walking, as well as for resting. You can use some of the benches, or you can spread your blanket over the manicured lawn under the pleasant shade of trees. The quiet atmosphere of the park is complemented by the remarkable building of the Elisabeth Spa and the gushing fountain.

During the summer season, the Smetana Park often organizes various events both for children, as well as adults.
